Geekish outsourced manufacturer, provides a range of shipping options, including Standard, FedEx, and DHL Express. Most orders are delivered within 12 days. The availability of these methods may differ based on factors such as product type, quantity, volume weight, and delivery address.

Return & Exchange Policy
PLEASE NOTE:
Geekish products are currently manufactured by a print-on-demand company, all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind.
We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if we determine that the damage was caused by mishandling or misuse of the item. Please ensure that you check the dimensions and product specifications before making a purchase, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or personal preferences.

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds during our fundraising campaign. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, All requests for replacements must be made within 14 days of receiving the item and must include photographic evidence of the damage or deformity. Please get in touch with our team by sending an email to info@thisisgeekish.com and please provide clear photos showing the issue.
If the damage/defect cannot be verified via email contact, the product may be required to be returned to Geekish and then shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

We may not be able to avoid a little COLOR DIFFERENTIATION caused when printing.
Our products are all hand-made according to the order, so minor defects are unavoidable, please understand.
